This desktop application (Data Import System) will connect all the attendance devices in the client’s network and then it will upload the attendance logs will be uploaded to the online server so that it can be viewed from web.

c. Supports Multiple Attendance Devices

The system supports multiple attendance devices. The employee can sign in from one device when he comes to office and sign out from another device when he/she leaves the office. Attendance logs from all the devices are pooled and the system manages the data accordingly.

d. Quick Setup, Easy Learning

The attendance system can be set up in a less than a day. As the system is easy to learn, training can be done in couple of hours.

e. Supports Multiple Shift with Duty Roster, day/night offs

In attendance system, we can setup multiple shifts for different kind of the employees. Duty Roster is available so that we can set duty for each and every employee. The late coming and early leaving from the office will be automatically tracked by the system with the help of the Duty Roster set for each employee. If duty roster is not set, then the system takes the default shift for managing the late coming/early leaving remarks.

The system is available in multiple languages. Currently, it is available in 3 languages; English, Russian and Nepali. The user can switch from one language to another whenever they like. The system has Nepali date as well so that all the reports can be viewed in Nepali Date (Bikram Sambat).

The system is compatible with ZKTeco attendance devices. We can use different types of input such as Face, Fingerprint, RFID Card and password to do attendance.

h. Manage Overtime/under time

The system calculates the work hours of each employee for each day. We can see the overtime and under time. We can post the genuine and approved overtime in the system so that we can pay for the overtime worked.

i. Manage Holidays

Holidays are very dynamically manageable. We can set holidays for each all gender or only for female or only for male. Further, we can set holidays as per the branches as well so that we can manage holiday for each branch.

j. Day Off Work Posting

In day off posting, we can record the work done by employees on Weekend (Saturdays, Sundays) and on public holidays. For these work done, we can entitle them leave so that they can take the leave on other day.

k. Reports

i. Personal Attendance In personal attendance, we can see the attendance of an employee for a given month. We can see the total worked hours, days on leave, overtime done, late coming and early leaving, days worked on weekend/holidays, etc.

ii. Daily Attendance

In daily attendance report, we can see the people who are present on the office, what time they have arrived and left the office, who are late and who left the office early. Further, we can see that who are on the day offs and leave as well.

iii. Monthly Attendance

In monthly attendance, we can view the monthly attendance of all the employees for a given month. We can see the total working days, worked days, holidays, leave days, late coming / early leaving days, etc on this report.

This report is the foundation for payroll generation.

iv. Annual Attendance Report

In annual attendance report, we can see the attendance of an employee for the selected year. We can see the total working days, worked days, holidays, leave days, etc on this report.
